On the afternoon of August 12, 2025, the Third First Member Representatives Congress of Zhejiang Bettli Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly convened. Shao Chaoyi, Vice Chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions; Ji Jin'ai, Chairman of the Oubei Sub-district Trade Union; Huang Congce, General Manager of the company; and Wan Jianguo, representing the Board of Directors, were invited to attend and delivered important speeches. Yu Qiuhua, Director of the Human Resources and Administration Center, presided over the congress.

The conference commenced solemnly with the national anthem. Shao Chaoyi, Vice Chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions, delivered an enthusiastic address. He stated that Bethel's trade union has adhered to the dual mission of "safeguarding employees' rights and interests while serving the broader development agenda," achieving remarkable results in deepening democratic management, building harmonious labor relations, and empowering employee growth. Particularly since the beginning of this year, the Bethel trade union has carried out effective work, such as organizing lathe technology competitions, hosting fun sports meets for employees, and signing collective contracts. These actions concretely demonstrate the bridging role of the trade union organization, setting a benchmark for trade union development in non-public enterprises within Yongjia County .

Shao Chaoyi put forward three hopes for the new trade union committee: First, focus on ideological guidance to draw a "unifying circle." It is essential to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and its Third Plenary Session, and guide employees to follow the Party's leadership through activities like the "Model Worker Propaganda Group" and "Guard the Red Roots: Ten Minutes Before Shift," integrating personal aspirations with the company's development and the county's overall interests. Second, focus on enhancing services to build a "heart-to-heart bridge." Efforts should be made to expand services like skills training, legal aid, and psychological counseling; address the needs of workers; and promote the establishment of "employee health records," ensuring every Bethel employee can enjoy "decent work and a pleasant working environment." Third, focus on innovation and empowerment to activate the "driving force." Centering on the company's strategy of "digitalization and intelligent transformation," activities like the "Five Minor Innovations" and "Golden Idea Collection" should be launched, and platforms such as Model Worker Innovation Studios should be set up. Exploring a "horse racing mechanism" to allow skilled talents to emerge through competition will truly realize "talent revitalizing the enterprise and innovation strengthening the enterprise." He expressed hope that the Bethel trade union would take this换届 as a new starting point, join hands, march forward with courage and determination, and collectively write a new chapter of high-quality enterprise development

At the meeting, Ji Jin'ai, Chairperson of the Oubei Sub-district Federation of Trade Unions, read out the official approval for the leadership transition on behalf of the higher-level trade union. Subsequently, the congress proceeded to the formal election stage. Through collective voting by the attending representatives, the "Election Procedures" (draft), the proposed list of committee candidates, and the list of vote supervisors and counters were respectively approved. Following anonymous voting by all representatives, seven comrades, including Li Xiangying, were elected as members of the new Trade Union Committee.

Li Xiangying, the newly elected Chairperson of the Trade Union, delivered a statement. She expressed that, under the leadership of the Party organization and the higher-level trade union, the new Trade Union Committee will strengthen its internal development, focus on core tasks, serve the enterprise's growth, fully perform trade union functions and its role as a bridge, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, address their urgent needs, consider their concerns, strive for their well-being, and promote the development of the trade union.

Comrade Huang Congce, General Manager, delivered a concluding speech. Using vivid and fitting analogies, he precisely defined the role of trade union work. He affirmed the positive role trade unions play in strengthening democratic management within the enterprise and rallying employee strength. He stated that the company is like the parents of a large family, the trade union is like the "eldest son" in the family, and the employees are the "younger siblings." As the "eldest son," the trade union should guide the "younger siblings" well, ensuring that all members of the Bettli family can work and live happily within this large family.

General Manager Huang added that extending the metaphor of trade union work to a valve manufacturing enterprise, if the company is likened to a valve on a pipeline, the trade union is like a regulating valve on that pipeline. It must serve the function of a regulating valve, adjusting pipeline pressure and media. The trade union should also act like the "valve seal" on a ball valve's sealing surface, preventing both "external" and "internal leaks."

General Manager Huang emphasized that as a bridge between the enterprise and its employees, the trade union must always uphold the people-centered philosophy, listen to their appeals, resolve their difficulties, while also motivating employees to innovate and create, thereby injecting vitality into the company's high-quality development. The trade union organization should regularly understand the voices of employees, ensure these voices are promptly conveyed to the company's top management, and ensure the company's benefits reach all staff, providing assistance wherever possible. This fosters a harmonious atmosphere within the large family and helps Bettli advance courageously in the fierce market competition to achieve new successes.

Finally, the congress concluded triumphantly with the stirring notes of "The Internationale" after successfully completing all agenda items.

The convening of this Trade Union Congress represents a significant event in the political life of all employees at Bettli Company and serves as a grand gathering marking the beginning of a new chapter for Bettli's trade union work.
